Refund and Returns Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from O’Fleek (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns – Ready-Made Furniture & Accessories

We offer a 14-day return window on all non-custom, ready-made furniture and accessories.

  • The 14-day period starts from the date the item is delivered.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is approved.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling.

 

2. Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by O’Fleek.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non‑refundable.

  • Any damage or loss during return transit may result in a partial or no refund.

 

3. Custom‑Made & Bespoke Furniture (No Returns)

All custom‑made or bespoke furniture is final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Furniture made to custom dimensions

  • Furniture made based on client‑provided inspiration (Pinterest images, sketches, references)

  • Custom finishes, fabrics, materials, or design modifications

Once a custom furniture order has been confirmed and production has commenced:

  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted

  • The client remains fully liable for payment, even if preferences or requirements change

 

4. Order Finalisation & Client Responsibility

By approving a custom furniture order, you confirm that:

  • All measurements, finishes, designs, and specifications are correct

  • You understand that handcrafted and custom items may have natural variations

O’Fleek is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from:

  • Design choices approved by the client

  • Space or size incompatibility due to incorrect measurements provided by the client

 

5. Return Shipping & Transportation Costs

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return‑related costs, including:

    • Return transport

    • Collection fees

    • Packaging and handling

  • O’Fleek does not cover return delivery costs under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.

 

7. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom‑made or bespoke furniture

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

 

8. Delivery Area

O’Fleek delivers nationwide in South Africa. Delivery fee is calculated based on the item purchased and the location of the delivery address.
